Garlic is one of the main ingredients for our dishes and it’s usually used to do pickles.
Garlic has antibacterial and antioxidant properties which can boost the human immune system. So we do think eating some garlic could protect our body against the common cold and flu.
Pickled garlic, in the other word, garlic in brine could be offered. Peeled garlic cloves will be put into the deep pit, filling with enough water and salt. Then the peeled garlic soak at least one months. Then we could get the pickled garlic with saturated salinity.
If you want lower salinity, then desalt the saturated one.
Different sizes could be offered. Not only the garlic cloves in brine but also the diced garlic in brine could be supplied too. We have a variety of packages for your option.
